Saggio di complemento alla traduzione francese della grande antologia di testi trobadorici curata nel 1975 da Martin de Riquer. Si tratta di una introduzione alla tradizione musicale dei trovatori in cui si cerca di integrare la prospettiva musicologica a quella filologico-letteraria. Ferdinanda Erdmaņa Štolla kāpu tintenes akvareļi

1925. gada jūnijā Baltijas dabaspētnieks Ferdinads Erdmanis Štolls (1874 – 1966) Garciema smilšu kāpās atklāja jaunu sēņu sugu, kam tika dots nosaukums Coprinus dunarum F. E. Stoll, latviski – kāpu tintene. Zinātnieks sēnes fiksēja un detalizēti aprakstīja. Atraduma fotouzņēmumi un akvareļi ir iekļauti viņa vairāk kā 1000 vienību lielajā F. E. Štolla sēņu attēlu kolekcijā, kuru pamatā veido F. E. Štolla zīmētie akvareļi, kas glabājas Latvijas Universitātes muzeja Botānikas un mikoloģijas kolekcijās.

Metālliešanas keramika Aizkraukles dzīvesvietās viduslaikos

Rakstā analizēti Aizkraukles viduslaiku dzīves vietā atrastie māla tīģeļi, lejamais kausiņš, lejamveidnes, kā arī vairākas to tīģeļu lauskas ar piekusušām metāla paliekām. Viens no interesantākajiem izpētes objektiem ir unikāla māla lejamveidne, kurā atlietas pakavsaktas ar daudzskaldņu galiem. Līdz šim šī tipa pakavsaktas tika uzskatītas par Gotlandei raksturīgām un tika datētas ar 9.- 10. gs. Aizkraukles lejamveidne pierāda šo saktu izgatavošanu arī Aizkraukles pilskalnā, un to augšējo hronoloģisko robežu nosaka ar 11.- 12. gs. Analizēts līdz šim Latvijas arheoloģiskajā materiālā nezināms slēgtais jeb aizvākotais tīģelis.

Effects of responsible human resource management practices on female employees’ turnover intentions

This study focuses on the effects of socially responsible human resource management (SR-HRM) practices on female employees’ turnover intentions and the moderating effect of supervisor gender on this relationship. With a sample of 212 female employees from eight different industries in Finland, the results indicate that SR-HRM practices promoting equal career opportunities and work–family integration play a significant role in reducing women's turnover intentions. The study adds to the academic discourse of corporate social responsibility by highlighting the impact of the organizational-level HRM determinants on the individual-level outcome. Female role models reduce the impact on women of stereotype threat, i.e. of being at risk of conforming to a negative stereotype about one’s social, gender, or racial group (Fine in Delusion of Gender.
