AbstractWe analyzed the origin and relevance of the perisomatic excitatory inputs on the parvalbumin interneurons of the granule cell layer in mouse. Confocal analysis of the glutamatergic innervation showed that it represents ∼50% of the perisomatic synapses that parvalbumin cells receive. This excitatory input may originate from granule cell collaterals, the mossy cells, or even supramammillary nucleus. First, we assessed the input from the mossy cells on parvalbumin interneurons. A pesar de lo avanzado, el marco de derechos humanos todavía tiene potencialidades por explorar en este ámbito. Así, cabría pensar en un uso no defensivo sino proactivo de los derechos, especialmente para la protección de grupos especialmente vulnerables. Nevertheless, the document for the presentation of the assent raises some doubts in relation with the principle of party autonomy and the new technologies of the information and communication (ICTs). In the present work one thinks about these questions and one tries to contribute some solution of application in the Spanish legal system.
