By Resolutions No. 1483 and 1511 (2003), the Security Council authorized the occupying powers in Iraq to intervene in the political and economic affairs of the occupied territory beyond the limits provided for by international law of war. At the same time, this authorization restricts the right of the Iraqui peole to self- determination, considered in its external aspect. Thus, the problem arises whether it is within the Security Council's powers to adopt resolutions which restrict the enjoyment of rights protected by rules of jus cogens. Background The purpose of this investigation was to compare shear force of different glass-ionomer cements on 3D printed interim material in combination with and without surface pretreatment. Material and Methods 120 rectangular specimens made of printable provisional material (Bego, Bremen, Germany) were used. After post-processing the specimens were blasted with aluminum oxide 110µm (Bego, Bremen, Germany). Extra 120 non-surface treated specimens were used as an experimental negative test group. Bakalaura darbā autors analizē tiesu praksi saistībā ar Administratīvā procesa likuma 253. panta trešo un sesto daļu, Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesas praksi un citus avotus, ar mērķi noskaidrot Administratīvā procesa likuma 253. panta trešās daļas saturu, to, vai šobrīd spēkā esošais regulējums ir atbilstošs tiesībām uz taisnīgu tiesu un to, vai nebūtu lietderīgi piešķirt tiesām kompetenci grozīt administratīvos aktus. Autors secina, ka lai gan tiesību norma sākotnēji paredzēta administratīvo pārkāpumu grozīšanai, šādu kompetenci būtu lietderīgi piešķirt administratīvajām tiesām attiecībā uz dažādām administratīvo kategorijām, lai gan no tiesībām uz taisnīgu tiesu šāda prasība neizriet.
