Il presente contributo analizza alcune variabili ritenute dalla letteratura sull’argomento componenti fondamentali del benessere aziendale: l’orientamento al team, il senso di appartenenza aziendale, il senso di efficacia organizzativa, l’identificazione con l’azienda e la soddisfazione lavorativa. I partecipanti alla ricerca sono 58 dirigenti di aziende siciliane. I dati mostrano come il senso di appartenenza all’azienda sia centrale, essendo l’unica variabile tra quelle indagate che influisce sulla soddisfazione lavorativa. Asi por medio de una metodologia bibliometrica se ha elaborado una base de datos bibliograficos a partir del Social Sciences Citation Index (1956-2005). Los resultados indican que este libro ha sido citado un considerable numero de veces, lo cual muestra el impacto de la aproximacion psicoanalitica en el campo feminista. Bibliometric analysis of the Annual Review of Legal Psychology journal between 1991-2019

[EN]: The present study carries out a bibliometric analysis of Annual Review of Legal Psychology from 1991 to 2019. Data were collected from a database that allows for the analysis of authors, institutions, countries, gender, topics, and impact. The results enable us to observe gender discrepancies among authors, with a a higher frequency of women (50.2%), and the number of signatures (53.7% men). Over the years there is an increase in the number of authors and signatures, of co-authorship, a higher presence of international signatures, representing 23.5% between 2011 and 2019. Competing factor structures of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and its measurement invariance across clinical and non-clinical samples

Abstract Although several studies have investigated the factor structure of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), there are still disagreements about it. The present study assessed: a) the goodness of fit of nine competing factor models for the RSES using data from a clinical sample of 855 women with eating/weight disorders; and b) its measurement invariance across clinical and non-clinical (n = 943) samples. A bifactor model, with a general self-esteem factor, plus positive and negative method factors, provided a better fit with the data than alternative models.
