The complexity of biology literally calls for quantitative tools in order to support and validate biologists intuition and traditional qualitative descriptions. In this paper, the Replicator-Mutator models for Evolutionary Dynamics are validated/invalidated in a worst-case deterministic setting. These models analyze the DNA and RNA evolution or describe the population dynamics of viruses and bacteria. Mixed and Mixed Hybrid Finite Elements (MHFE) methods have been widely used in the last decade for simulation of groundwater flow problem, petroleum reservoir problems, potential flow problems, etc. The main advantage of these methods is that, unlike the classical Galerkin approach, they guarantee local and global mass balance, as well the flux continuity between inter-element sides. Previous studies have reported lowered implicit self‐esteem at the behavioral level among depressed individuals. However, brain responses related to the lowered implicit self‐esteem have not been investigated in people with depression.
