This study focuses on the promotion of the social capital and the development of a civic community through social commitment networks, and consequently, maintaining local development. The methodological procedure adopted was the case study and, as main technique of data analysis, the content analysis was used. The programs of social responsibility of companies renowned as socially responsible from the region of Serra Gaúcha (south Brazil) were studied, analyzing their contribution to the generation or strengthening of the social capital of the reached communities. New electronic forms of political communication have become increasingly popular in countries with weak democratic institutions. The effectiveness of these new forms of association in altering political behavior, however, remains uncertain even in developed democratic regimes. This paper investigates connections between regional variation in electoral behavior and regional distribution of electronic social networks in the case of Ukraine's polarized and institutionally unstable democracy. International audience; This work introduces an ontology-based spatio-temporal data model to represent entities evolving in space and time. A dynamic phenomenon generates a complex relationship network between the entities involved in the process. At the abstract level, the relationships can be identity or topological filiations. The existence of an identity filiation depends on whether the object changes its identity or not. Sporta sacensību plānošana lietojot lineāro programmēšanu

Darbā tiek analizēts diskrētās programmēšanas modelis sporta apļa turnīra grafika izveidei, minimizējot novirzi starp komandu priekšrocību sarakstu un rezultējošo grafiku. Tiek apskatīti speciālie matemātiskie rīki, lai panāktu stabilu risinājumu sacensību plānošanas problēmai. Īpaša uzmanība tiek pievērsta stabilitātes nosacījumam šī modeļa kontekstā. Tiek definēti komandu priekšrocību veidi un meklēti stabili un nestabili grafiki turnīriem pie dažādām priekšrocībām.

Kvalifikācijas darbā – “Tīmekļa vietnes priekšgalsistēmas ātrdarbības uzlabošana mērogojamības nodrošināšanai” ir izstrādāts interneta veikals. Priekš izstrādes tika izvēlēta spējas programmatūras izstrādes metode. Interneta veikals nodrošina informāciju krievu valodā. Interneta veikalam ir iespējams piekļūt no jebkuras viedierīces, kurai ir savienojums ar internetu. Informācijas menedžēšana notiek ar administrācijas palīdzību, kura atrodas uz šīs pašas vietnes.
