Abstract The increasing evidence that γδ T cells have potent antitumor activity suggests their value in immunotherapy, particularly in areas of unmet need such as metastatic carcinoma. Considering its long latency, prostate cancer (PCa) represents an ideal target for chemoprevention strategies.
