El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en identificar, hacer visibles, describir y explicar las prácticas de enseñanza que declaran realizar los “mejores profesores” de la Universidad de Vigo. Para ello, planteamos un diseño cualitativo a través de la técnica de la entrevista. Antes de hacer mención de las principales conclusiones hemos de hacer constar que nos interesaba buscar referencias de “buenas prácticas”, no hacer una evaluación de las prácticas docentes, buenas o malas, del profesorado de la Universidad de Vigo. Healthcare quality has been defined in different ways, depending on the dimension that the authors had in mind. Furthermore, if initially healthcare quality was defined and assessed from the specialists’ and researchers’ point of view, nowadays the importance of patient and the public opinion preferences and perspective has been recognized. Thus, the first step in assessing the quality of these services involves defining what is meant by "quality". Along these lines, this paper presents the results of a qualitative research, conducted on a sample of 16 managers, quality managers and CEOs of several clinics and hospitals, both public and private (for-profit), from Bucharest.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the aporias in the institutional discourse regarding the strategies of reception-refoulement of asylum seekers in Italy. First, it will analyze the evolution of the institutional discourse on security in recent years through a reflection on some aspects of the Schengen Treaty and the Dublin Convention of 1985 (Dublion I, II and III) and “Regimes of Mobility” (Glick Schiller & Salazar, 2013). Este documento presenta la experiencia de aprendizaje servicio (ApS) realizada durante el curso 2013-14 en el Grado de Maestro/a de Educación Infantil en la Universitat Jaume I (Castellón, España). En ella el alumnado universitario debía planificar y realizar sesiones de juegos motrices y de expresión corporal para niños y niñas con diversidad funcional. Nuestro objetivo se centró en comprobar el impacto de la aplicación del programa de ApS sobre el alumnado universitario, tanto a nivel académico como personal.
