The judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court of 8 May 2018 concerns the issue of relations of property rights to public interest, in connection with the resolution of the commune council, regarding the creation of a culture park. The resolution introduces a specific public-law regime in a given area, taking into account the general needs, which simultaneously causes interference in the sphere of subjective rights, in particular through a system of prohibitions and restrictions. Educar para la salud en tiempos de pandemia

La experiencia de la pandemia que estamos viviendo exige repensar la educación para la salud. En este trabajo lo hacemos a partir de dos conceptos procedentes de la Declaración Universal de los Derecho Humanos: primero, entender que el fin de la educación es el pleno desarrollo de la persona; y segundo, que los deberes para con la comunidad contribuyen a ese desarrollo. A partir de ellos, defendemos una concepción de la educación para la salud basada en el carácter relacional del ser humano, en la relevancia de los determinantes sociales de la salud y en los peligros del entorno digital, a pesar de los enormes beneficios que ha aportado durante la pandemia.

The article develops an analysis of Maritain's reflections on peace, in particular those carried out between 1946 and 1966. In the three parts of the contribution, the problems relating to the construction of a lasting peace among peoples are addressed. The war in Ukraine has forcefully returned to stir European consciences. The ideal position that Maritain assigns to the project of a world government through a supra-national democratic entity is remarkable. Project based on the spiritual and moral development of human conscience and on the will of peoples. The uselessness of war is linked to Maritain's Christian vision of history, in connection with the personalistic foundation of politics.

This paper presents the design and implementation of the Neuma platform, a digital library devoted to the preservation and dissemination of symbolic music content (scores). Neuma is open to musicologists, musicians, and music publishers. It consists of a repository dedicated to the storage of large collections of digital scores, where users/applications can upload their documents. It also proposes services to publish, annotate, query, transform, and analyze scores. ABSTRACT: In her novel Solar Storms (1995) Chickasaw novelist and poet Linda Hogan foresees what political geographers today refer to as waterscapes, that is, water-based environments where a multiplicity of human and other-than-human forces interact with each other producing diverse forms of signification. This essay examines Indigenous experiences of water, geography, and social activism as they intersect in Hogan‘s waterscape narrative.
