Vadības darbība pedagogu psihosociālo risku menedžmentā "A" novada vidusskolās

Pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt izglītības iestādes vadības darbību pedagogu psihosociālo risku novēršanā. Pētījuma gaitā ir veikta teorijas analīze, empīriskajā pētījuma daļā – “A” novada 3 vidusskolu pedagogu anketēšana un intervijas ar šo vidusskolu direktoriem. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, kādi ir pedagogu apzinātie psihosociālie riski un to ietekme pedagogu darbībā, tos sastatot ar skolu direktoru vērtējumiem. Frailty is a pre-clinical condition that worsens physical health and quality of life. One of the most frequent symptoms of frailty is an increased risk of falling. In order to reduce this risk, we propose an innovative virtual reality motor rehabilitation program based on an immersive tool. All exercises will take place in the CAVE, a four-screen room with a stationary bike. OBJECTIVES Neuroticism predicts falls in older people. In addition, concern about falling and depressive symptoms are associated with fall risk. This study examined whether concern about falling and depressive symptoms mediate the association between neuroticism and falls. METHOD Cross-sectional data on 314 community-dwelling people aged 70–85 years were utilized. Neuroticism was assessed with a short modified form of the Eysenck Personality Inventory. RESUMEN: El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar los factores psicosociales en el trabajo del personal de justicia de la Comunidad Valencia (España) para identificar la prevalencia de riesgos psicosociales. Participaron 402 trabajadores (28.11 % hombres) incluyendo gestores, tramitadores y auxiliares sociales. Se evaluó con la Batería UNIPSICO (incluye factores de demanda, factores de recursos y consecuencias de los riesgos psicosociales).
