The poster intends to describe the main contents of the National Emergency Plan for volcanic events of national importance on the island of Stromboli (ME) prepared in 2015 by the Department for the Civil Protection (DPC). The volcanic island of Stromboli is in fact largely exposed to the risk associated with the activities of the volcano of the same name, especially that of the tsunami. The effusive activity of the Stromboli in fact causes a marked instability of the slope known as Sciara del Fuoco which can induce, as happened at the end of 2002, a tsunami. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt tuvredzības veidošanās riskus jauniešiem un pieaugušajiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 219 dalībnieki vecumā no 16 līdz 62 gadiem, kas aizpildīja aptaujas anketas, kurās norādīja optiskās korekcijas izmantošanu, datus par refrakciju, acu traumām, slimībām, pēdējo redzes pārbaudes vizīti. Unen laatu heikkenee vaihdevuosien aikana. Heikentynyt unen laatu on yhteydessä sokeri- ja rasva-aineenvaihdunnan häiriöihin. Tämän pro gradu-tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää vaihdevuosi-ikäisten naisten unen laadun yhteyttä kardiometabolisiin riskitekijöihin. Background & aims Obeticholic acid (OCA) is the second-line treatment approved for patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid. Quality of life at work in academia: preliminary results for the validation of a tool for Italian university

Purpose: Research on quality of working life in academia appears surprisingly rare in many countries, and in some cases nearly absent. Trying to fill this gap, a team formed by W/O psychologists from 16 Italian universities developed a tool for the assessment of psychosocial risks as well as workers health and wellbeing in universities. The validation of this tool (theoretically based on the Job Demands- Resources model) will be presented in this contribution. Diplomdarbā autore pēta darba samaksas teorētiskos jautājumus, kā arī analizē konkrēta uzņēmuma SIA “TRANS” darba samaksas sistēmu. Kā rezultātā autore ir konstatējusi SIA “TRANS” eksistējošas nepilnības un izstrādājusi priekšlikumus to novēršanai.
