Describir y dibujar en ciencias. La importancia del dibujo en las representaciones mentales del alumnado

El presente trabajo pretende valorar los resultados obtenidos mediante la utilización del dibujo y de las descripciones a lo largo de una actividad basada en la observación de la morfología de las hormigas. Se plantea un trabajo individual y autónomo donde los participantes, en 3 etapas diferentes, deben tratar de dibujar o describir su observación de muestras vivas de hormigas. Los resultados de la investigación son muy significativos, puesto que encontramos diferencias estadísticas entre la utilización de las dos estrategias, así como entre las producciones de cada etapa, pudiendo ver cómo evolucionan sus representaciones mentales. The cancer patient: an approach to social representation

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo el análisis de la representación social del cáncer y de los enfermos oncológicos en la población española. Para ello se entrevistaron a 200 sujetos elegidos mediante muestreo al azar. El método utilizado fue la realización de entrevistas estructuradas que contenían asociaciones libres de palabras ante términos estimulo y preguntas semicerradas. Las respuestas obtenidas son analizadas a partir de análisis descriptivos y análisis de contenido. Cet article s’intéresse aux inquiétudes d’enseignants universitaires débutants avant leurs premiers cours, en tenant compte de leurs conceptions de l’apprentissage et de l’enseignement. Il s’appuie sur une étude empirique réalisée auprès de jeunes chargés de TD/TP de l’université de Bourgogne. Celle-ci montre que la quasi-totalité des jeunes enseignants ont des inquiétudes concernant la préparation de leurs interventions devant les étudiants. Recently, RDF and OWL have become the most common knowledge representation languages in use on the Web, propelled by the recommendation of the W3C. In this paper we examine an alternative way to represent knowledge based on Prototypes. This Prototype-based representation has different properties, which we argue to be more suitable for data sharing and reuse on the Web.
