Validez de instrumento para medir la competencia territorial. Matriz READI para la autoevaluación de territorios competentes

El artículo presenta el diseño metodológico seguido para el análisis de la validez y fiabilidad de una matriz cuya finalidad es la de permitir a los territorios autoevaluar su grado de competencia potencial para la consecución de objetivos ligados al desarrollo local. Se ha seguido un diseño de estudio descriptivo de construcción de conceptos, dimensiones e indicadores y de verificación de escalas multidimensionales a través de análisis factorial y validez de constructo. El análisis cuantitativo realizado combinado con aportaciones cualitativas de personas expertas, concluye que la matriz es un instrumento válido y confiable para su cometido.

[Purpose]: The aim of this paper is to present design management as a dynamic capability and to analyze its mediating role between organizational learning capability and product innovation performance in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). [Design/methodology/approach]: Structural equation modeling is used to test the research hypotheses based on data from the Italian and Spanish ceramic tile industries. Tensions in Information System Artefacts: Explaining Land Information Systems’ Sub-optimal Impact in Indonesia

Part 14: Current Issues; International audience; Despite the advancement of more integrated land information systems (LIS), conflicts and disputes over land in Indonesia remain. Our study seeks to explain this situation. Using an interpretive case study conducted in Eastern Indonesia and framed within the concepts of information system (IS) artefacts, we find that tensions within and between information, technology, and social artefacts help to explain the sub-optimal LIS impacts. Abstract The present study set out to identify and examine dialogic educational interactions in Finnish pre-school classrooms. Video recordings of five observed pre-school classrooms that had shown a high or moderate quality of instructional support in literacy, maths and science studies were transcribed for micro-scale qualitative content analysis.
