The present thesis illustrates how the "creeping occupation" violates Georgia’s territorial integrity and fundamental human rights based on the historical, as well as the 2008 and subsequent developments. Stemming from the current political events, the number of IDPs is a big problem across the world. All this is stipulated by very common international or non-international conflicts that are happening in today's world. These conflicts also include the problems of people internally displaced from the occupied territories in Georgia.

Abstract Until 2017, Germany was an exception to the success of radical right parties in postwar Europe. We provide new evidence for the transformation of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) to a radical right party drawing upon social media data. Further, we demonstrate that the AfD's electorate now matches the radical right template of other countries and that its trajectory mirrors the ideological shift of the party. Using data from the 2013 to 2017 series of German Longitudinal Elections Study (GLES) tracking polls, we employ multilevel modelling to test our argument on support for the AfD. This article is focused on the Court's decision in Hornbach-Baumarkt (Case C-382/16) (Hornbach) which is an important clarification of the conditional compatibility of arm's length-based domestic transfer pricing legislation with the freedom of establishment. Hornbach follows and confirms the previous doctrine formulated in SGI (Case C-311/08). Pese a que diversos estudios señalan que la ausencia de las aulas del alumnado en edad de escolarización obligatoria es más amplia de lo que parece ‒los informes PISA, por ejemplo, lo cuantifican entre el 25 y el 28 % del alumnado de 4º de la secundaria obligatoria‒ esta realidad presenta una escasa visibilidad educativa y social.
