Traditional newspaper journalism is in a state of crisis and there have been several attempts to overcome this. Many discourses have reiterated the triumphal march of a digital revolution in newspaper journalism and anticipated the end of the print newspaper. This moment calls for an in-depth analysis of reader habits of news consumption and use in order to understand the audiences for journalistic output and their relationship with the journalistic objects. Jednocześnie jest też miejscem przedłużania w domu kultu sprawowanego w kościele parafialnym. Jedną z głównych potrzeb rodziny i małżeństwa jest religijna kultura rodzinna, wyrażana w domowym zaciszu na wspólnej modlitwie. This volume, with the preface by Giovanni Filoramo, collects some of the sacred images of "Hinduism" of other religions born in India (Shikism, Buddhism), exhibited during the exhibition of the same name at the Antonio Pasqualino International Puppet Museum from November 22 to December 31. 2007. These cult images are venerated in temples, in private homes and on the streets throughout India. The central idea was to show the iconographic path that these paintings (or photographs) have had in the popular imagination. An informative caption corresponds to each "portrait".

W Polsce najważniejszym centrum pielgrzymkowym jest Jasna Góra, którą rokrocznie odwiedza 4-5 mln pątników. Od 1979 roku wyrusza do Częstochowy piesza pielgrzymka z Halemby – jednej z dzielnic Rudy Śląskiej. The subject of kalivarjyas, their origin, and their place within Brahmanical ideology has attracted keen interest from various scholars. Indeed, the kalivarjyas constitute ‘exceptions’ to the dharmic norm that seem to invalidate the authority of the dharma itself. ABSTRACT: The 12 th century saw the culmination of a massive reform movement within the Church, intended both to reinforce the figures of the Pope and bishops and to standardise the Western European liturgy, based on the one utilized at that time in the papal chapel. To this end, a number of books were published, among which was a new version of the pontifical, accompanied by an iconographic cycle in which the descriptive dimension of the portrayals stands out prominently to support the text in its task of ritual codification. Matrimonies and Baptisms in the Mafia of Palermo during the Twenties Historical sources have demonstrated that, since the origins of the Mafia, it has always had strong links with religion. Often, mafiosi appear to conform to Christian values: they usually go to Mass and celebrate baptisms and marriages, or tend to use religious symbols, such as crosses or holy pictures.
