My thesis project focuses on the challenges of modernizing the justice system. The reason for this choice is that Senegal, after having originally set up a dual system of juridiction in 1960, made major reforms of its judicial organization in 1984,1992, 2008 and ultimately in 2015. Meanwhile,the country signed the Port Louis Treaty establishing the OHADA which set up a common Court of Justice and Arbitration, a Judicial Academy and led to adoption of 10 uniform acts that govern the business law in the 17 member states. Internet Of Things (IoT) provides consumers a continuous access to real-time notifications and data. Using the « Service-Dominant Logic Theory » framework (Vargo and Lusch, 2004), this paper aims to compare brands value propositions and consumer perceptions regarding bracelets and smart watches. Data analysis is based on two sets of data collections: the first concerns the content of eight manufacturers websites; the second comes from a non-participant observation of consumer opinions about connected devices (netnography). Protecting humans from disasters has been an active mission of governments and experts through the definition of disaster management plans. Defining disaster response strategies is crucial in order to reduce the number of victims and the economic impact. In order to select which response plan is best suited to a specific disaster situation, these plans must be evaluated. The article discusses the concept of semiotics function in Hjelmslev, finding sources of the theory of language’s stratification. The semiotic function, which is in Hjelmslev the principle underlying the dynamic layering, is identified here as both an attraction of two heterogeneous spaces and as a set of operations of sense’s establishment. At historiographic level, this article presents a new hypothesis of interpretation, that the hjelmslevian structuralism has not built a static theory of language, disinterested to the cognitive dimension, but a careful theory to operational aspects of semiosis.

A geoarchaeological study was led on four sections of the valleys of the Loire, Saône and Doubs rivers (Burgundy, France) in order to point out the factors influencing the alluvial dynamics on a multimillennial scale, and their effects on the preservation of archaeological information. Investigations started by roman and medieval remains of bridges discovered in active channels, were then carried out on larger parts of alluvial plains, and altogether allowed the evolutions of the channels during the Holocene period to be deducted.
