Tässä työssä tutkitaan kognitiivisten metaforien rakentumista ja toimintaa. Tutkimuksen pääkohteeksi nousee moraalisen ymmärryksen ja kognitiivisten metaforien suhde hyvinvoinnin käsitteen kautta. Aluksi tutkitaan Sam Harrisin tekstiä sen retorisesta viitekehyksestä käsin. Myöhemmin tutkielmassa metaforan toimintaa ja soveltamisen mahdollisuuksia tarkastellaan laajemmin suomalaisessa kulttuurissa ja mediassa. Introducing the DYNAMICS framework of moment-to-moment development in achievement motivation

This article introduces a new theoretical and psychometric framework describing moment-to-moment development and inter-dependencies of achievement motivation in terms of the situated expectancy-value theory, by introducing dynamical systems concepts into this line of research. As a first empirical example of a study using this framework, we examined whether task values, costs, and success expectancies measured in a learning situation (time point t) predicted themselves and each other at the next situation (t + 1; 27 min later) within a weekly university lecture. Problematyka dotycząca motywacji w aktywności sportowej jest przedmiotem rozważań naukowych i mocno eksplorowanym obszarem zainteresowań wielu badaczy. Chociaż aktualnie można odnaleźć sporo teorii odnoszących się do motywacji i jej związków z różnymi cechami, to teoria samodeterminacji wydaje się mieć największe zastosowanie na gruncie empirycznym. W prezentowanym rozdziale przedstawiono ramy teoretyczne teorii samodeterminacji (samookreślenia) oraz dokonano przeglądu badań opartych o ten model teoretyczny zarówno w obszarze sportu wyczynowego, jak i rekreacyjnej aktywności fizycznej.

The present study examined the influence of the three basic psychological needs on autonomous motivation in educational settings in the light of additive, synergistic, and balance hypotheses. Participants were 679 high school students (Mage = 16.16, 49.3% girls). The findings supported the additive hypothesis: all three needs had unique effects on autonomous motivation. The synergistic hypothesis was only partially supported: one two-way interaction between autonomy and competence had effect on autonomous motivation. Coronavirus 2019 pandemic lockdown in Italy lasted for 2 months, 1 week and 2 days. During this long period, one of the longest in Europe, the restrictions produced effects on people’s psychological well-being, with consequences that also continued after lockdown. The purpose of the study is to investigate these effects and how they changed in the general population over a period of time. We are also interested in exploring people’s post-lockdown anxiety and concerns. We conducted an online survey using snowball sampling techniques. Darba ietvaros pētīta prakse par atrautās peļņas atlīdzināšanu un sīkāk apskatīta atrautās peļņas atlīdzināšana publisko iepirkumu lietās.
