Background Neurosyphilis can develop at any stage of syphilis despite of previously recieved treatment, and it can mimic any neuropschychiatric disorder. The psychopathology of neuroborreliosis is less described. Objectives To describe the cases of schizophrenia - like psychosis in patients with these hronic neuroinfections.
