However, nowadays, little evidence is available in the literature. This systematic review and meta-analysis has assessed the effectiveness of leadership interventions in improving healthcare outcomes such as performance and guidelines adherence. The paper draws on two cases of learning settings that were converted to meet up-to-date educational requirements within these learning contexts. The authors address the role of stakeholder perspectives. Focusing on the learning situation, they present an articulation tool to aid dialogue between key stakeholder perspectives in a (re)design process. Dialogue is a way to figure out relevant issues and to establish the common ground between participants. The goal of a redesign process is that user requirements are well understood, and the design is embedded into local practices, informed of constraints and aware of potential opportunities regarding educational technology.

The outcropping platform carbonates form a layered succession crosscut by a dense array of bed-parallel pressure solution seams and veins, oblique-to-bedding pressure solution seams, and high-angle joints, veins, and pressure solution seams. Altogether, these structural elements form sub-seismic heterogeneities that formed during the polyphase tectonic evolution of the southern Apennines fold and-thrust belt, Italy. El objetivo del presente estudio es explorar las relaciones entre la calidad de las relaciones familiares, la percepción del ambiente comunita-rio y la actitud de los adolescentes hacia la autoridad (policía, profesores) y normas sociales, en la predicción del bienestar subjetivo y un problema conductual de actualidad como es la agresión hacia los iguales. Para poner a prueba estas relaciones múltiples se ha utilizado una muestra de 554 adoles-centes de ambos sexos con edades comprendidas entre los 12 y los 16 años.
