This study deals with the conception of “writing” within the German humanities during the « psychological turn » of the last half of the XIXth - the beginning of the XXth centuries. Legal clinics in Europe: for a commitment of higher education in social justice

This publication (formally an article, de facto a book) is a wide inquiry on legal clinical education in Europe. It was sponsored by and presented in European Parliament (ARDI intergroup). In the first chapter over a hundred clinical legal programs, spread in all the Union territories, are fully monitored and examined. The second chapter presents a qualitative analysis through the interviews with some protagonists of the “movement” of legal clinical education. In fact, since the comprehensive vision of this phenomenon, we can conclude that it is a “movement” because we are not simply in the presence of a proliferation of isolated experience. These devices, which are contemporary to the first video games in the early 1960s, rely on the creative hijacking of laboratory instruments. AbstractThis article examines the question whether rejection experiences negatively relate to the social trust of Children Born of War (CBOW) and if this connection is mediated by sense of self-worth. CBOW is a group of people born out of relations during war- and post-war times, involving one parent being a foreign soldier, a para-military officer, rebel or other person directly participating in the hostilities, while the other parent is a member of the native population.
