In most countries, PMV is the reference index for the assessment of thermal comfort conditions in mechanically conditioned environments. It is also the basis to settle input values of the operative temperature for heating and cooling load calculations, sizing of equipment, and energy calculations according to EN 16798-1 and 16798-2 Standards. Application of mathematical model of Multi-State System for human reliability analysis is considered in the paper. This paper describes new method for estimation of changes of more than one component states and they influence to Multi-State System reliability by Dynamic Reliability Indices. The Multi-State System failure is considered depending on decrease of some system component efficiency and the Multi-State System repair is declared depending on replacement of some failed components. The mathematical approach of Logical Differential Calculus is used for analysis of the Multi-State System reliability change that is caused by modifications of some system components states.

Requirements engineering is highly challenging particularly when designing innovative software products. This is so because there are no corresponding products, ultimate needs of actors are difficult to capture, the products may have unforeseeable impacts on the actors’ behavior, and it is hard to find out how value-added and competitive the product actually is. In this paper, we propose a novel framework for intention-driven requirements engineering of innovative software products, which combines technological, social and business viewpoints. The need of developing a new software engineering process to allow the quick prototyping of some robotic applications and meet the requests by some companies for a development process that was shorter than PASSI, gave us the opportunity of applying our studies on the assembling of a new SEP by reusing parts (called method fragments) from other processes.
