In this study, beryllium tiles from Joint European Torus (JET) vacuum vessel wall were analysed and compared regarding their position in the vacuum vessel and differences in the exploitation conditions during two campaigns of ITER-Like-Wall (ILW) in 2011-2012 (ILW1) and 2013-2014 (ILW2) Tritium content in beryllium samples were assessed. Two methods were used to measure tritium content in the samples - dissolution under controlled conditions and tritium thermal desorption. Il contributo ha ad oggetto la figura del Garante nazionale dei diritti delle persone detenute o private della libertà personale, istituita dal d.l. 23 dicembre 2013, n. 146, conv. con modificazioni dalla l. 21 febbraio 2014, n. 10. Nello specifico poi si analizza si analizza l'esperienza concreta del Garante dell'Umbria, riflettendo sulle difficoltà operative che la nuova figura incontra, sia per obiettive ambiguità della disciplina legislativa, sia per resistenze culturali da parte dell'Amministrazione Penitenziaria, che trova difficoltà nell'"inquadrare" il nuovo Soggetto visto spesso come un "intruso".

The current genetic structure of P. tortonesei, exclusively inhabiting lagoons, may reflect a Plio-Pleistocene colonisation of an ancestor line which has undergone phases of population decline and expansion, following alternate cooling phases. Regarding the calculation of divergence time, it has been estimated that P. tortonesei seems to be the most recent species within the Pomatoschistus genus. It appears also that the discrepancy of P. tortonesei into two distinct phyletic lineages occurred 0.1 Mya.
