This paper proposes a new approach to managing and curating exhibitions, analyzing two exhibition projects with a strong participatory emphasis, focusing on the social aspect of these proposals. In both cases, the curators have prepared ajoint educational discourse. The Valencian «Disease’s Calligraphy» and the Buenos Aires «When I say School» consider the visitors as actors, performers and builders of meanings. A continuación se realiza una descripción de la estructura del Máster de Profesorado de Educación Secundaria de la Universidad de Valencia y de las finalidades, contenidos, metodología de enseñanza, evaluación y las características del profesorado de las especialidades de ciencias. Por último, se realiza una valoración de la implementación del mismo durante sus 3 primeros años de existencia, en particular, en nuestras especialidades respectivas.

Untangling the roles of low skill and education in predicting youth NEET statuses: negative signalling effects in comparative perspective

International audience; Education determines life chances across the globe, but human capital and skill formation offer context-specific advantages in the labour market during the transition from school to work. Our study focuses specifically on the varying effects of low skill on youth ‘not in employment, education or training’ (NEET) statuses via educational attainments. Necesidades de formación del profesorado universitario para la adaptación de su docencia al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES)

En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de una investigación llevada a cabo en cinco universidades españolas para diagnosticar las necesidades de formación en competencias del profesorado universitario. Utilizando técnicas de encuesta, aplicadas a una amplia muestra d profesorado de las cinco áreas de conocimiento, se han detectado necesidades de formación en seis bloques de competencias: a) la Planificación de la Docencia;  b) el Desarrollo de la Docencia; c)  la Evaluación;  d) la Tutoría;  e) la Gestión;  f) la Formación Continua.  Se han hallado diferencias significativas en las necesidades en función del área de conocimiento y las categorías profesionales.
