Zastosowanie metodyki audytu krajobrazowego do identyfikacji krajobrazów w skali lokalnej na przykładzie gminy Szczyrk

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki identyfikacji i oceny krajobrazów gminy Szczyrk. W badaniach zastosowano metodę audytu krajobrazowego i trzy kryteria delimitacji: ukształtowanie terenu, kompozycję przestrzenną oraz pokrycie terenu. Badania prowadzono na obszarze górskim, gdzie dotychczas metoda nie była testowana. Stwierdzono występowanie 58 jednostek krajobrazowych należących do 13 typów. Powierzchniowo dominują krajobrazy leśne. Układ jednostek nawiązuje do pięter klimatyczno-roślinnych. Wraz ze zwiększaniem skali badań maleją powierzchnie jednostek, nie maleje znacząco ich liczba. This paper investigates the lexicalization pattern of motion events in Aymara, an Andean language spoken in Bolivia, Peru, and Chile. After providing a description of the morphosyntax of translational motion events, this study aims at a preliminary typological classification of Aymara within the framework of Talmy’s typology (Talmy 2000). With this purpose, three diagnostic tests have been used to determine the basic framing-typology of motion events. Mašīntulkošanas ietekme tulkošanas jomā ir krietni pieaugusi, taču literāru tekstu tulkošanā tā tiek izmantota reti to sarežģītības dēļ. Šī maģistra darba mērķis ir salīdzināt literāru tekstu mašīntulkojumus ar cilvēka tulkojumiem un analizēt, kāda varētu būt tās iespējamā loma šajā tulkošanas apakšnozarē. Šī darba praktiskajā daļā romānu fragmentu mašīntulkojumi tika salīdzināti ar cilvēku tulkotiem tekstiem divos valodu pāros. Tekstu kvalitāte tika novērtēta, izmantojot manuālu lingvistisko, kā arī automātisko metodi. Women's Emotions Towards the Mobile Phone

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether women's emotions associate differently with the mobile phone depending on the type of family in which they live. James A. Russell's circumplex model of affect which explores four main emotional dimensions, excitement, distress, depression and contentment, was applied. The article is based on the female sub-sample (N = 3,704) of nationally representative survey data collected from Italy, France, the UK, Germany and Spain (N = 7,255) in 2009.
