CONSIDERATIONS CONCERNING THE REORGANIZATION OF A UNIVERSITY: LUCIAN BLAGA UNIVERSITY OF SIBIU

The world is in crisis. The academic system, its core, too. It has to reorganise, to reform itself. Several steps were taken by developed countries but also the emerging ones or the new comers. In Romania, a new Education Low has settled a deep reform for universities. Observing the academic autonomy, each university has to find its new way according to the principles of the Education Low. Our case study refers on a middle seize university of regional vocation. The paper investigate the main factors to be considered on general context, national context and the university’s one in the process of reforming and restructuring the university.

The entry into force of Act 2.0 did not change one fact – the library still remains an important part of the university’s micro and macro academic world, although it was formally noticed by the legislator to a small extent. espanolA traves de la presente investigacion, se pretende analizar el papel del capital de marca universitario en el ambito privado espanol. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un estudio empirico contando con una muestra cuantitativa de 993 respuestas validas procedentes de distintos agentes implicados (343 profesores, 164 empleados de servicios y 486 estudiantes). Los estudiantes de los años cincuenta eran diferentes a los de la década anterior. No habían hecho la guerra y se distanciaron de la dictadura de Franco. Se muestra el proceso en la universidad de Valencia y cómo estos estudiantes pasan de actividades culturales a la politización. Students of the fifties were different from those of the previous decade. They had made war and distanced themselves from the dictatorship of Franco. Objective The aim of this systematic review was to provide an overview of cross-sectional studies that examined health literacy among university students and to identify possible determinants related to health literacy. Method The current review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Three databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science) were systematically searched for cross-sectional studies that examined health literacy among university students. Recruitment is a core instrument in the academic labour market. This article takes the perspective of the organisation − here, the university − on recruitment. Universities’ personnel policies and practises are shifting from legally oriented personnel administration to more strategic human resource management (HRM). In Nordic countries, this shift is partly driven by the changing status of higher education institutions from state-governed bureaus to more autonomous institutions. Niektóre tendencje ideologiczne w globalnym dyskursie edukacyjnym oraz faktyczne zmiany w szkolnictwie wyższym dokonujące się w krajach uczestniczących w procesie bolońskim prowadzą w szczególności do obniżania się jakości nauczania i uczenia się na licznych kierunkach studiów uniwersyteckich. W artykule podjęto próbę scharakteryzowania jakości kształcenia na poziomie wyższym jako zsubiektywizowanego konstruktu odnoszącego się do skuteczności i użyteczności procesu kształcenia.
