Bibliotekāru iesaistīšanās darbā viena darbinieka bibliotēkās ir viens no bibliotēkas ikdienas procesu kvalitatīvas un efektīvas izpildes aspektiem. Apzinot personāla iesaistīšanās faktorus, ir iespējams noteikt un uzlabot bibliotekāru iesaistīšanos darbā. This study examined the associations of work schedules and spousal satisfaction among Finnish (n = 347), Dutch (n = 304) and British (n = 337) parents. In addition to comparing parents with nonstandard schedule with parents in regular day work, the study examined separately the roles played in spousal satisfaction of morning, evening, night and weekend work and other working time-related variables (working hours, changes in and influence over one’s work schedules and spouse’s work schedule). RESUMEN: El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar los factores psicosociales en el trabajo del personal de justicia de la Comunidad Valencia (España) para identificar la prevalencia de riesgos psicosociales. Participaron 402 trabajadores (28.11 % hombres) incluyendo gestores, tramitadores y auxiliares sociales. According to Greenson (1965), Gelso & Hayes (1998) developed a tripartite model of the therapeutic relationship, including a working alliance (WA), a transference-countertransference configuration, and a real relationship (RR). Up to date, only two studies (conducted in the US) investigated the associations between the real relationship and the working alliance in psychotherapy. Televisión Española (TVE) has made possible the dissemination of medical topics in the 2016 season through four specialized health programs: Saber vivir, Centro médico, Esto es vida and El ojo clínico. In order to better understand their reception by spectators, this study analyzes, on the one hand, the data from the audiometry and, on the other hand, the results of a survey launched through social networks.
