En el Keuper de las Sierras Marginales se han distinguido tres unidades litológicas: Formación Yesos de Canelles, Formación Yesos de Boix y Formación Arcillas y Carbonatos de Les Avellanes, con una potencia conjunta de 200 a 400 m. Terroir refers to an area and thus possesses a geographical dimension. Hence, zoning of viticultural terroir is necessary. This paper addresses soil related aspects of terroir zoning. Bakalaura darba „Ārzonu jurisdikcijās reģistrēto kompāniju izveides izdevīgums” autore ir Kristīne Ziemele. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, noskaidrojot ārzonu jēdzienu un jurisdikcijas izvēli ietekmējošos faktorus, izvērtēt ārzonu kompāniju reģistrēšanas izdevīgumu, salīdzinot Latvijā reģistrētu mikrouzņēmumu ar Kaimanu salās reģistrētu ārzonu kompāniju. Darba trīs daļās secīgi tiek analizēta informācija par ārzonu jurisdikciju veidošanos un būtību, kā arī tiek aplūkoti ārzonu jurisdikcijas izvēli ietekmējošie faktori un tiek vērtēts ārzonu kompāniju reģistrēšanas izdevīgums uz konkrētas jurisdikcijas un Latvijas piemēra pamata.
