This study is about multicriteria decision aiding (MCDA) for the green airports program of the Moroccan Airport Authority ONDA. The goal of the program is to develop significant amounts of renewable power at airports. In particular, ONDA wants to select airports at which large solar and wind power parks should be built. Multiple criteria, including economy, technical feasibility, and environmental concerns, must be considered simultaneously. The company Peroxychem Spain S.L.U. has requested a safety assessment of the use of three aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and peracetic acid as processing aids. 1-Hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP) was used as a stabiliser. The proposed use is the antibacterial treatment of water used to wash citrus fruits and peppers in processing plants. When this water is disinfected, it can be reused for the consecutive washing of fruits and vegetables through a recirculating system, maintaining it in appropriate conditions and thus reducing water usage. Unlawful Aid and Public Undertakings: Vertical Direct Effect of Article 108(3), third sentence TFEU

This paper addresses the position of public undertakings that may appear in a State aid law-related context in their capacity of intermediaries or grantors of aid vis-à-vis Article 108(3), third sentence, TFEU, to check whether the standstill obligation directly applies to public undertakings where they act to grant or disburse State aid. Public undertakings must refrain from granting aid in breach of the standstill obligation, as addressees of the standstill obligation. Where a public undertaking fails to apply Article 108(3) TFEU, it opens itself to claims based on Union law, including claims for damages. Union law is stated as it stood on 20 June 2021.
