The aim of this article is to present the results of a questionnaire-based study carried out as part of the author’s Master’s Degree dissertation about Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing (SDH). In particular, the need to gather specific information regarding audience design will be highlighted in the paper, since this research field has long been neglected in Italy. The questions were aimed at shedding light on the needs, cultural environment and world-view of Italian SDH users, by eliciting personal data as well as subtitlerelated information. One important question here is who we write history to (who is our addressee) and what kind of an impact the perceived audience has on the ways of writing history. Producción de una adaptación del serial radiofónico Groucho y Chico abogados de dos de los Hermanos Marx para la emisora local La Bona Ràdio (Vinaròs). El documento está dividido en distintos apartados: un marco de referencia donde se expone una breve historia del origen de los seriales radiofónicos en los Estados Unidos, la incidencia que tuvo la radio en España durante los años de postguerra y el importante papel que jugaron las radionovelas como medio de entretenimiento y evasión.

The institution of the Real Audiencia in the kingdom of Sardinia since the 1560s is part of a wider process which saw the rise and development of royal supreme courts of justice in several European countries of the early modern period. In fact, major State formation processes all around Europe required that monarchs increased their control on local authorities and that new increasingly centralised systems of judicial review gained precedence over all particular jurisdictions, feudal as well as municipal. This brought about a dramatic transformation in the field of criminal law enforcement and administration of justice.
