El artículo analiza la posibilidad de que durante la realización de una cacería de animales de caza mayor los organizadores puedan solicitar a la Administración competente las limitaciones y prohibiciones de paso en caminos y sendas públicas para terceras personas ajenas a la cacería. Además se justifica dichas limitaciones como el resto de limitaciones que se establecen por otras actividades sociales en la que tambien se producen limitaciones de paso en orden a las cargas de la vida en común (carreras, procesiones, fiestas populares, etc.)
Dimensions of executive functioning: Evidence from children

This study investigated dimensions of executive functioning in 8- to 13-year-old children. Three tasks from the Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery (CANTAB), two tasks from the NEPSY battery and some additional executive function (EF) tests were administered to 108 children. In line with earlier work, modest correlations among EF measures were obtained (r < .4). Both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses yielded three interrelated factors, which resembled those obtained by Miyake et al. Abstract This article explores in detail the reactions among American economists to John Bates Clark's famously controversial claim that the marginal productivity theory of factor pricing and distribution is necessarily just. The general debate around Clark's “naïve productivity ethics,” as George Stigler sharply called it, transcended the then existing distinctions within the discipline and involved figures of virtually all theoretical and ideological persuasions—from prolabor progressives such as Richard T. New insight about the mural painting branches of Roman baths in Reggio Calabria

The Roman baths in Reggio Calabria (Italy) provides many information regarding both engineering and technology for this type of buildings. A small treasure of three survived mural paintings enclose information about the artistic style and the ancient luxury of the baths. In order to get light on the executive technique and conservation state we performed the investigation of these paintings by following a non invasive approach composed of multispectral imaging and spectroscopic analysis. Processes during preparation of lead/acid battery positive plates from tetrabasic lead sulfate (4BS) pastes

Abstract Tthe processes studied during this investigation were paste mixing and curing. Tetrabasic lead sulfate 4BS pastes were prepared by solution and paste methods both from α-PbO and mill oxides, and the development of 4BS was carried out already during the paste mixing stage. the 4BS pastes were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and wet-chemical methods, and the results were compared with those obtained from the characterization of corresponding tribasic lead sulfate (3BS) pastes. The preparation method was found to be one dominating factor affecting both the morphology and structure of 4BS active masses.
