For this reason, the holders of these radios are forced to negotiate them. Althoug the Intellectual Property Law and the Order ECD/2574/2015, of 2 December, contain obligations for Copyright Collection Societies, on this matter its enforcement are far from being achieved

The reverse mortgage is a credit or loan guaranteed by a mortgage that falls on the applicant?s habitual residence, granted at once, or through periodic benefits, to a person who must be over a certain age or prove a degree of disability or dependency, and is not due until the time of death. In view of the doubts that the future of the public pension is raising and the concentration of savings in Spanish property, the reverse mortgage is once again being put on the table as a viable alternative to complement a public pension with little revaluation, in view of the increase in life expectancy and expenses after retirement.

The situation of the surrogate pregnancy in Spain demands action by our legislators and / or our public authorities. The reason is that the current legal system in which there is a ban of the surrogacy contract is not being attended. In this issue an analysis of the situation in Spain and in other countries is made, to conclude from the right to the dignity of women, that possible actions could be taken to adapt the reality to the legal system.

The determinants of subjective economic well-being: an analysis on Italian-Silc data

Using Italian data on Income and living conditions for the year 2005, the paper investigates the main determinants of households’ subjective economic well-being by means of a Partial Proportional Ordered Logit Model. According to a joint subjective and objective perspective of analysis, we use as dependent variable the perceived ability of households to make ends meet. Whereas, we use as explanatory variables some objective aspects of living conditions relating to housing, financial equilibrium, possession of durables and quality of residence place and some socio-demographic characteristics. Biodynamic behavior of the trunk and the abdomen during whole-body vibration

Vibration strain may be defined as the sum of all reactions of the human being to vibration exposure. This also includes the biomechanical behavior of particular parts of the body. Knowledge about these reactions is necessary in the field of occupational health and ergonomics. Biomechanical models, experimental methods, and results are presented. It can be shown that under vibration exposure with different conditions (body posture, vibration direction), the body parts are in resonance at varying frequencies, mainly in a low frequency range.
