ABSTRACT The Mycobacterium tuberculosis genome includes the large family of pe_pgrs genes, whose functions are unknown. Because of precedents in other pathogens in which gene families showing high sequence variation are involved in antigenic variation, a similar role has been proposed for the pe_pgrs genes. However, the impact of immune selection on pe_pgrs genes has not been examined. Here, we sequenced 27 pe_pgrs genes in 94 clinical strains from five phylogenetic lineages of the M. tuberculosis complex (MTBC). Research on the involvement of autistic children in daily activities in inclusive early childhood education is scarce. In Finland, all children, including autistic children, under the age of seven (before basic education) are entitled to participate in early childhood education and care. Children also attend compulsory, free-of-charge pre-primary education during the year before their basic education begins. To describe important spiritual and philosophical issues Edith Stein used a symbol. The reason was her aesthetical sensitivity, but also, to some extent, her method of the phenomenological view. Empathy is a pedagogic and educative category and justifies the notion of vicarious intentionality defining either the empathy structure or the proper dynamic of the educative process. According to the language of classical philosophy and pedagogy, this essay deals with it as an ethic and dianoetic virtue. The core of the whole becomes the phenomenology of empathy, the analysis of the constitutive intentionalities of such a singular personal virtue: the free disposal, the ethic attitude and the spiritual request.
