Il contributo, a partire da una recente pronuncia del Tribunale di Catanzaro, affronta la questione dei margini di discrezionalità della pubblica amministrazione reclutante nei procedimenti di mobilità individuale volontaria ex art. 30 d.lgs. n. 165/2001, con specifico riferimento alla fase di valutazione delle competenze professionali dei candidati. Ciò offre l’occasione per soffermarsi sulla natura dell’istituto, anche alla luce dei più recenti approdi legislativi in materia.

Negative image-based (NIB) screening is a rigid molecular docking methodology that can also be employed in docking rescoring. During the NIB screening, a negative image is generated based on the target protein’s ligand-binding cavity by inverting its shape and electrostatics. The resulting NIB model is a drug-like entity or pseudo-ligand that is compared directly against ligand 3D conformers, as is done with a template compound in the ligand-based screening. The Pisum genus presents a large genetic diversity, that makers difficult its taxonomic classification. The Center for Grain Legumes Genetic Resources holds 1800 pea accessions. Some of them are lacking passport data. Previous genotyping studies have identified SNP markers specific to wild Pisum pools. The main aim of my work was to conceive simple criteria in order to classify the unknown genotypes. Species like sheep and beef cattle are commonly raised in large herds and often on pasture with multiple sires joining the females for unrecorded natural insemination. This leads to offspring with multiple candidate parents and therefore uncertain parentage. Twins or triplets can be from multiple sires as well. Pedigrees from such populations are often problematic and need proper verification. The Pedverif computer program is able to verify normal pedigrees as well as pedigrees with multiple candidate parents.

Competitive elections are the basis of democracy; without them there is no freedom of choice. Elections without competition are associated with the façade nature of elections in undemocratic systems. There are, however, exceptions to the belief that in a democratic system every election must be competitive. We can also observe them in Poland, particularly in small communes with up to 20,000 inhabitants. They take two forms: non-competitive elections of commune leaders and councillors. Relational dynamics and profile of power. French candidacies of Winter Olympics 2018 The main contribution of this research is to propose a tool to understand the importance of the dynamic relation in the situation of a candidacy to an international sport event. Olympic Games by their financial, media, sports effects... facilitate the emergence of a multiplicity of candidacies. To control the phases of selection and organization the International Olympic Committee maintains relations of closeness with cities pretenders. The results allow to verify that the dynamic relation have an impact on the selection of the city be candidate.
Enhancing social and health care educators’ competence in digital pedagogy: A pilot study of educational intervention

The purpose of this pilot study was to explore connection of an educational intervention on the competence of health care educators and educator candidates (n=11) in digital pedagogy as a part of national TerOpe project. An educational intervention, Basics of Digital Pedagogy was developed by the TerOpe project’s experts.
