Whether you want to or not, strategies are formed. Increased awareness of strategic choices increases the chances that one arrives where one intends to. This is probably an important reason why some local churches work to develop and implement strategies. At the same time, the discussion in this article shows that there is very little research literature that provides a guide to how strategic leadership can be done in a good way in a local church. The churches with aisles of arches and columns are an archetype of Sicilian architecture. From the Middle Ages to the 18th century, the preference for this plan resulted in experiments, evolutions and tests concerned with the science of building in a land exposed to the danger of earthquakes. Contrary to the recommendations dispensed and disseminated by the most authoritative treatises, the cases presented illustrate how metal tie-rods were used at construction sites in Palermo during the Modern Age when building these constructions. Pentecostalism is the most evolving Christian movement in the contemporary world. Some churches of this tradition have been engaged in a dialogue with the Catholic Church sińce 1972. Dwie wspólne deklaracje komisji dialogu katolicko-asyryjskiego. Status quaestionis i perspektywy

Wspólna deklaracja chrystologiczna, którą 25 lat temu podpisał papież Jan Paweł II i patriarcha Asyryjskiego Kościoła Wschodu, Mar Dinkha IV, jest kamieniem milowym po okresie wspólnej stagnacji chrystologicznej, która trwała bezowocnie przez ostatnie kilkaset lat. Dokument zajmuje się tymi aspektami nauczania Kościoła o Chrystusie, które sprawiły, że Kościół asyryjski poszedł własną drogą po Soborze w Efezie (431). Warto zauważyć, że wiara, jaką wyznawali Asyryjczycy w odniesieniu do Wcielenia Syna Bożego, i relacji między dwiema Jego naturami, boską i ludzką, jest taka sama, jak nauczał ją Kościół od czasów Soboru w Chalcedonie (451).
Wkład ks. prof. Alojzego Kleina (1934–2002) w recepcję uzgodnień katolicko-reformowanych

Artykuł przedstawia postać ks. prof. Alojzego Kleina (1934–2002), wieloletniego dyrektora Instytutu Ekumenicznego im. J.A. Möhlera w Paderborn, mającego wielkie zasługi w rozwoju ruchu ekumenicznego ze strony Kościoła katolickiego. W opracowaniu ukazano jedynie mały wycinek jego dorobku naukowego – wkład w recepcję uzgodnień katolicko reformowanych. Skoncentrowano się na dwóch fazach tegoż dialogu: fazie dialogu chrystologicznego i fazie dialogu eklezjologicznego. Końcowa część syntetycznie zbiera wyniki badań i formułuje wnioski.
