Several researches on Group psychotherapy attested the mediating action of some aspects of the group process on the outcome(Martin, Garske & Davis,2000; Tasca, Illing, Ogrodniczuk, Joyce,2009; Burlingame, Mc Clendon & Alonso,2011). Lexical encapsulation consists of a series of abstract unspecific nouns (fact, plan...) referring to predicative antecedents. This study is based on a corpus of parliamentary debate in English, Catalan and Spanish (PD) and deals with encapsulation as a complex lexical cohesion device which allows the addressor to evaluate the information of the debates in various ways. A case study on gamified interventions for team cohesion in factory work

In this article, we aim to provide insights into the design and implementation of game elements for teamwork on the work floor and to study their effect. Inventing games to break monotonous jobs is a long-standing practice, yet conscious implementation of motivational elements of games at work is a recent phenomenon. Generally, gamification is used to enhance individual performance; it may be effective in enhancing teamwork as well. espanolEl estudio esta centrado en la adherencia al tratamiento de la familia del nino o nina con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) o sospecha de diagnostico, identificando los elementos que justifican el proceso de adherencia. A partir de esa identificacion, desarrollar una escala de medida para su estudio. Para ello se evaluo la adherencia con la aplicacion de un cuestionario en un grupo de 128 padres de ninos con TEA y con sospecha de diagnostico, considerando como variables: los factores sociales, economicos, familiares e individuales.
