A mesh less approch based upon Radial basis function Hermite collocation method for predicting the cooling and the freezing times of foods

This work presents a meshless numerical scheme for the solution of time dependent non linear heat transfer problems in terms of a radial basis function Hermite collocation approach. The proposed scheme is applied to foodstuff's samples during freezing process; evaluation of the time evolution of the temperature profile along the sample, as well as at the core, is carried out. The moving phase-change zone is identified in the domain and plotted at several timesteps. The robustness of the proposed scheme is tested by a comparison of the obtained numerical results with those found using a Finite Volume Method and with experimental results.

Vine analizzata, dal punto di vista lessicografico e sociolinguistico, la parola di origine dialettale SUCA e la sua risalita nell'italiano regionale e nell'italiano colloquiale nonché la sua trasformazione grafica in 800A . Viene mostrata la sua vitalità, in prospettiva difasica e diamesica, nel dialetto siciliano, nell'italiano regionale di Sicilia, nell'italiano giovanile e colloquiale dell'Italia linguistica contemporanea,, nei mass media, nella CMT, nelle scritture esposte, negli usi letterari, nel linguaggio delle tifoserie calcistiche, nella marchionimia, nel linguaggio dei gesti.

All the occurrences of Old English bearu 'grove' are taken into examination with the aim to individuate the collocations and the connotations of the word (which occurs both in poetry, prose and the glosses). Special attention is devoted to the occurrences in the Exeter Book riddles and the compound bearunaes, which is a hapax.

This chapter considers Bernardi’s contribution to two different processes of traditional institutions revival in East Africa. Abstract Density and heat capacity measurements of water–surfactant–silica ternary systems were carried out as functions of the silica and the surfactant concentrations at 298 K. From these properties, the apparent molar volume and heat capacity of the surfactant in a given water+silica mixture were evaluated. The aim of this article is to determine, from the analysis of a real corpus, whether the traits associated with colloquial orality are present in chats. Chats, from the channel’s point of view, belong to the written mood of production, which has traditionally been associated with a high level of formality. However, they present features which are characteristic of the oral discourse, as Torres and Cuenca (2007) state. We have chosen as corpus of analysis chats which present a low level of formality and which are considered to be representative of the model of language used there.
