Quality of educational dialogue and association with students’ academic performance

The study used a mixed-methods approach to examine the associations between the quality of educational dialogue and students' academic performance and to analyse what kinds of dialogic teaching patterns of different levels of quality can be identified in classroom lessons. A total of 158 Grade 6 lessons were video-recorded, and the quality of the educational dialogue was assessed using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System-Secondary (CLASS-S) observational instrument. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin yksilöpsykoterapiassa käytäviä yhteistyösuhdekatkosten prosessointikeskusteluja asiakkaan ongelmallisen kokemuksen rakentumisen näkökulmasta. Tutkimuksen ensimmäisessä vaiheessa tutkittiin yhteistyösuhteessa tapahtuvia muutoksia katkosten ja ratkaisuyritysten näkökulmasta. Maģistra darbā “Ārvalstu tiesību avotu izmantošana, piemērojot Latvijas tiesību normas” ir pētīts, kā Latvijas tiesu praksē, interpretējot tiesību normas un veicot tiesību tālākveidošanu, tiek izmantoti Latvijas tiesību sistēmā neietilpstoši tiesību avoti. Darbā izpētīta nepilnīgā Latvijas prakse ārvalstu tiesību avotu izmantošanā. Saskaņā ar vispārējās tiesību teorijas atziņām, kā arī salīdzinošās juridiskās argumentācijas praksi, darbā tiek formulēta un pierādīta metodoloģiski augstvērtīgāka pieeja. Onko tasavertainen dialogi mahdollista mentoroinnissa? Ehdotamme mentoroinnin tarkasteluun mallia, joka auttaa välttämään toisaalta autoritaarisuuden ja hierarkkisuuden, toisaalta naiivit odotukset täydellisestä tasa-arvosta. Tarkastelemme dialogisuuden mahdollisuutta mentoroinnissa kolmella eri tasolla – eksistentiaalisella, episteemisellä ja juridis-eettisellä. Mentorointi voisi parhaimmillaan olla kahden ihmisen välistä vuorovaikutusta, joka perustuu vastavuoroiseen luottamukseen ja toisen tietojen, taitojen ja osaamisen arvostamiseen. Sociālais dialogs izglītības nozarē: LIZDA gadījuma izpēte

Maģistra darba autore ir veikusi arodbiedrības LIZDA gadījuma izpēti. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā LIZDA veido sociālo dialogu izglītības nozarē. Pētījumā ir izmantota aģentu tīkla teorija, kā arī skaidroti jēdzieni – arodbiedrība, sociālais dialogs un darba tirgus regulācija. Darbā analizētas astoņas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar vispārējās izglītības skolotājiem un skolu direktoriem, kas ir arodbiedrības LIZDA biedri, kā arī intervija ar arodbiedrības priekšsēdētāju I. Vanagu. Pētījuma dalībnieki pozitīvi vērtē arodbiedrības LIZDA lomu izglītības nozares sociālajā dialogā. This study investigate dobstacles to encounters with staff as experienced by parents in the context of institutional pre-primary education in Finland. The study contributes to education research by exploring parents’ perceptions and experiences of encounters with staff from the perspectives of Buber’s (1923/1987; 1947/2002) dialogic philosophy and Giorgi`s (1994) phenomenological psychology. Luterańsko-katolickie wspólne upamiętnienie Reformacji w 2017 r. Jego celem było głębsze, bezpośrednie przygotowanie luteranów i katolików do wspólnego upamiętnienia 500. rocznicy Reformacji.
