Article addresses the impact of elDAS regulation and the new definition of a document on practical aspects of authentication electronic copies of the document in regard to amended article 97 of Polish Notary Act. Author summarizes functions of document and comparizes definition between document in Polish Civil Code as well as electronic document in elDAS Regulation. The merits of the thesis is the analysis of electronic document authentication. Author expresses important issues in the field of electronic document authentication describing trusted services which may be of use in authentication.

The first legal document that introduced a distinction of treatment between imprisoned men and women was created during the interwar period. At that time, the need to differentiate the execution of the penalty methods between men and women was emphasized. The Work of Special Education Teachers in the Tiered Support System : The Finnish Case

This study investigated primary school special education teachers’ (SETs’) (N = 283) conceptions on their work descriptions and uses of pedagogical documents after a reform in the national support framework. The respondents of this survey reported working mostly in Tiers 1 and 2 when all their tasks (instruction, consultation, and managerial tasks) were considered. The responsibilities of the SETs were, however, more clearly defined in Tier 3. The SETs allocate their work autonomously, but their work description is related to their workload. El presente texto toma a su cargo el noticiario oficial del franquismo (NO-DO) proponiendo su análisis desde la óptica de su significación en la historia. Contra su apariencia, NO-DO surge en un momento de mayor distensión política y no de propaganda de choque. Su función ritual y el grado de información que ofrece son extremadamente limitados. De ahí precisamente su riqueza para ser analizado como manifestación del estándar franquista en un período de desmovilización, es decir, como un instrumento de consenso o consentimiento más que como uno de propaganda.
