Rationale: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have revolutionized cancer care but are associated with unique adverse events, including potentially life-threatening pneumonitis. The diagnosis of ICI-pneumonitis is increasing; however, the biological mechanisms, clinical and radiologic features, and the diagnosis and management have not been well defined. Objectives: To summarize evidence, identify knowledge and research gaps, and prioritize topics and propose methods for future research on ICI-pneumonitis. The poor outcomes in this group are due, in part, to underdiagnosis and undertreatment. There are a variety of factors related to aging itself that affect the presentation of asthma in the elderly and influence diagnosis and management. Structural changes in the aging lung superimposed on structural changes due to asthma itself can worsen the disease and physiologic function. Il testo prende in esame il complesso di materiali editi e inediti (fonti storiche e archivistiche, documenti musicali, testimonianze etnografiche) che attestano la presenza del tarantismo in Sicilia dalla metà del Seicento alla fine dell’Ottocento. Il caso siciliano viene quindi inquadrato nell’ambito dell’ampia letteratura che ruota intorno al fenomeno, a partire dal classico studio di Ernesto De Martino fino al dibattito sull’interpretazione del fenomeno fra i poli dell’esorcismo e della possessione, dovuto soprattutto all’etnomusicologo francese Gilber Rouget. L’odonimia nissena, come emerge da “Lo Stato della Città di Caltanissetta nel 1731 sotto l’arciprete Giovanni Agostino Riva”, presenta la suddivisione storica in quattro quartieri così come consegnataci ancora nel Novecento nell’omonima canzone di Rosa Balistreri: nel manoscritto si elencano il “Quartieri chiamato delli Zingari”, il “Quartiero di Santo Rocco”, il “Quartiero di San Francesco” e il “Quartiero di Santa Vennira”. Il saggio presenta e discute due documenti testamentari di Francesco II Moncada (1569-1593) e sua madre Luisa de Luna y Vega (1553-1620), che amministrarono la città di Caltanissetta, nella Sicilia centrale, facendone sede del loro mecenatismo. I documenti presentano due ricchi elenchi di cavalli allevati nel casino di caccia di Mimiani e «mercati de lo merco della racza Moncada». La maggior parte dei cavalli non viene identificata solo attraverso le caratteristiche fisiche anche attraverso i nomi. Proposal for a computer-assisted analysis of lawful interceptions of communication

This paper presents the potential for the analysis of texts when applied to interceptions carried out with the help of next-generation software. In order to do this, after a brief explanation of some of the main procedures, the article presents the results of an investigation into text data extracted from wiretapping and in-person conversations found in judicial documents. The amount of data, obtained through wiretapping and the use of bugs, has made it possible to gather important information about the dynamics that characterise how criminal organisations work.
