Binomiālo frāžu veidi juridiskajos dokumentos

Šajā Bakalaura darbā tiek izpētīts binomiālo frāžu pielietojums juridiskajos dokumentos. Ņemot vērā ka binomiālās frāzes tiek atzītas par neatņemamu un svarīgu juridiskās Angļu valodas aspektu, tuvāka šī temata izpēte tika pieņemta par cienīgu un aktuālu. Veiktā pētījuma teorētiskā daļa nodrošina teorētisko fonu attiecoties uz pētījuma jautājumiemun tēmām kā arī uz piemērotajām empīrisko metožu pētījumu analīzēm. Empīriskie pētījumi tika veikti ar primāro mērķi noskaidrot visus iespējamos binomiālo frāžu veidus balstoties uz to pielietojumu 50 dažādu žanru juridiskajos dokumentos. A palazzo Valguarnera-Gangi di Palermo è stato fortuitamente rinvenuto il “libro di fabrica del casino della Bagaria” (1712-1779), da considerare un prezioso “frammento” del disperso archivio Valguarnera. Negli ultimi tre decenni la cultura ha avuto un ruolo chiave nella costruzione delle politiche urbane, divenendo uno strumento decisivo nella definizione delle strategie di sviluppo economico e nell’accesso alla competizione globale che caratterizzano l’attuale regime di neoliberismo urbano (Miles e Paddison 2005). Anche nel sud Europa la cosiddetta rigenerazione a base culturale ha rappresentato e continua ancora oggi a rappresentare una vera e propria ortodossia urbana, che trova nel turismo tanto una ragione di esistenza quanto un campo di attuazione. Within this framework Palermo and its historic center are no exception. The epicenter of these processes is represented here by the Kalsa district which since the early 2000s has been placed at the center of a precise strategy of culturally-based renewal called to drive the city's tourist renaissance (Vinci 2008). The culmination of this path came in 2018 when Palermo was named the Italian capital of culture and chosen as the venue for Manifesta one of the most prestigious traveling biennales of contemporary art. However the exponential increase in tourist arrivals in the last three years came to a halt with the outbreak of the pandemic which showed with unprecedented evidence the contradictions of the development strategies pursued in the historic center and the marks they leave on the territories. While this sudden interruption seems to offer an opportunity to radically rethink urban and cultural policies and find new curbs to the conditions of overtourism in which the historic centers of South European cities and beyond find themselves it could also prove to be an accelerator of the dynamics of commodification of these spaces representing the revival of tourism an easy escape route in times of crisis. The objective of this contribution is to critically explore the urban and social transformations that have crossed the Kalsa district of Palermo from the 2000s to the present using qualitative and quantitative techniques (analysis of statistical data in-depth interviews critical discourse analysis ...) with particular reference to the role that culture has played in these processes. Writer identification for historical handwritten documents using a single feature extraction method

International audience; With the growth of artificial intelligence techniques the problem of writer identification from historical documents has gained increased interest. It consists on knowing the identity of writers of these documents. This paper introduces our baseline system for writer identification, tested on a large dataset of latin historical manuscripts used in the ICDAR 2019 competition. The proposed system yielded the best results using Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) as a single feature extraction method, without any preprocessing stage. International audience; Outsourcing social multimedia documents is a growing practice among several companies in a way to shift their business globally. It is a cost-effective process where those companies tend to gain more profits disregarding eventual privacy risks. In fact, several case studies have showed that adversaries are capable of identify-ing individuals, whose identities need to be kept private, using the content of their multimedia documents. Pop-Up Windows and Information Retrieval

Communication affichée; International audience; Paralinguistics organizers such as parenthesis, footnotes, and pop-up fields on screen, should play an important role signalling the writer's “minimization” intention when secondary points are concerned. This experiment investigated the role of pop-up fields compared to brackets in an information retrieval task. The results showed that, in this kind of task, putting secondary pieces of information into pop-up fields significantly speeded the search process compared to a condition in which the same information was displayed in brackets.

Darbā pētīti SIA „KG Latvija” grāmatvedības organizācijas dokumenti un to atbilstība LR normatīvajos aktos noteiktajām prasībām. Kā pētāmo problēmu, autore izvirzījusi uzņēmuma dokumentu izstrādes kļūdas un neatbilstības normatīvajiem aktiem. Darba mērķis: Balstoties uz noteiktajām prasībām LR normatīvajos aktos, novērtēt SIA „KG Latvija” izstrādātos grāmatvedības organizācijas dokumentus un sniegt priekšlikumus to pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma rezultātā tika secināts, ka SIA “KG Latvija” grāmatvedības organizācijas dokumenti neatbilst normatīvo aktu prasībām, tāpēc autore sniedz priekšlikumus turpmākai SIA “KG Latvija” grāmatvedības organizācijas dokumentu atbilstošai izstrādei.

Il volume è dedicato ai monili, alle suppellettili liturgiche in argento e ai parati sacri conservati nei Tesori delle chiese di Petralia Soprana, centro delle alte Madonie appartenente alla Diocesi di Cefalù. Le opere esaminate si rivelano del tutto originali poiché permettono di inoltrarsi in un periodo della storia dell’arte in Sicilia che va dal Trecento all’Ottocento. Le suppellettili liturgiche, commissionate da prelati, nobili e fedeli, sono state realizzate da argentieri messinesi, catanesi e soprattutto palermitani.
