We examine the role of counselors and other practitioners in delivering career interventions using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Current benefits and limitations of ICT use provide the basis for recommendations. Potential benefits of increased ICT engagement include cost-effectiveness and improved access to resources and support. National audience; The dispersion of common ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) is anthropogenic, and because it is an invasive plant, a number of control procedures have been implemented whose effectiveness was measured. Measures on pollen emissions were compared between areas with different level of management. Latvijā sieviešu saslimstība un mirstība no krūts vēža ieņem pirmo vietu starp visiem ļaundabīgiem audzējiem. Katru gadu saslimšana tiek pirmreizēji reģistrēta aptuveni 1100 pacientēm un ikgadu no krūts vēža mirst vairāk nekā 400 sievietes. Kopš 2009. gadā Latvijā darbojas valsts krūts vēža skrīnings ar mērķi uzlabot krūts vēža agrīnu diagnostiku, tomēr vidēji 32 % gadījumos krūts vēzis tiek diagnosticēts novēloti slimības III un IV stadijā (SPKC, 2017).
