Nonostante la rigida codificazione che caratterizza il linguaggio giuridico nei suoi diversi generi testuali, in questo ambito si assiste quasi regolarmente a un passaggio del testo dalla scrittura all’oralità. E’ interessante notare, inoltre, che esiste una linea di ricerca finalizzata a rintracciare nel testo scritto il segno dell’oralità che investe la sua attuazione. The ability of a cell to respond to a particular hormone depends on the presence of specific receptors for those hormones. Once the hormone has bound to its receptor, and following structural and biochemical modifications to the receptor, it separates from cytoplasmic chaperone proteins, thereby exposing the nuclear localization sequences that result in the activation of the receptor and initiation of the biological actions of the hormone on the target cell. Functional a posteriori error estimates for boundary element methods

Functional error estimates are well-established tools for a posteriori error estimation and related adaptive mesh-refinement for the finite element method (FEM). The present work proposes a first functional error estimate for the boundary element method (BEM). One key feature is that the derived error estimates are independent of the BEM discretization and provide guaranteed lower and upper bounds for the unknown error. In particular, our analysis covers Galerkin BEM and the collocation method, what makes the approach of particular interest for scientific computations and engineering applications. Numerical experiments for the Laplace problem confirm the theoretical results.

First measurement of quarkonium polarization in nuclear collisions at the LHC

The polarization of inclusive J/$\psi$ and $\Upsilon(1{\rm S})$ produced in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm{NN}}}=5.02$ TeV at the LHC is measured with the ALICE detector. The study is carried out by reconstructing the quarkonium through its decay to muon pairs in the rapidity region $2.5<y<4$ and measuring the polar and azimuthal angular distributions of the muons. The polarization parameters $\lambda_{\theta}$, $\lambda_{\phi}$ and $\lambda_{\theta\phi}$ are measured in the helicity and Collins-Soper reference frames, in the transverse momentum interval $2<p_{\rm T}<10$ GeV/$c$ and $p_{\rm T}<15$ GeV/$c$ for the J/$\psi$ and $\Upsilon(1{\rm S})$, respectively. Cat gēna transkripcijas starta saita noteikšana plazmīdās ar dažādu IS10 transpozonu lokalizāciju

Insercijas secības (IS) ir transpozētspējīgas sekvences, dēļ kuras var notikt genomiskā pārkārtošanās, kā rezultātā var tikt aktivēti citi gēni. Baktērijās šis fenomens ļauj aktivizēt antibiotiku rezistences kodējošos gēnus. Šī darba mērķis bija noskaidrot cat gēna transkripcijas starta saitu jeb +1 RNS plazmīdās ar dažādu IS10H lokalizāciju, vienlaikus optimizējot Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends (RACE) metodi. Tika izmantoti Escherichia coli celmi, kas bija transformēti ar plazmīdu DNS. No transformantiem tika izdalīta mRNS ar kuru tika veikta RACE metode. Ķīmiskā sastāva izvērtējums koksnes pelnos. Neimane M., zinātniskā darba vadītājs Pētnieks Mg.chem. Vitālijs Lazarenko. Bakalaura darbs, 33 lpp., 7 attēli, 16 tabulas, 42 literatūras avoti, 7 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā tika analizēts makro- un mikro-, un retzemju elementu saturs smagajos un vieglajos koksnes pelnos. Paraugi tika ievākti no dažādām katlu mājām Latvijas teritorijā. Koksnes pelnu paraugiem tika veikts izvilkums koncentrētā slāpekļskābē. Iegūtajos šķīdumos ķīmisko elementu kvantitatīvais saturs tika noteikts ar ICP-MS analīzes metodi. Comparative Analysis of Nuclear Matrix Elements of 0νβ+β+ Decay and Muon Capture in 106Cd

Comparative analyses of the nuclear matrix elements (NMEs) related to the 0νβ+β+ decay of 106Cd to the ground state of 106Pd and the ordinary muon capture (OMC) in 106Cd are performed. This is the first time the OMC NMEs are studied for a nucleus decaying via positron-emitting/electron-capture modes of double beta decay. All the present calculations are based on the proton-neutron quasiparticle random-phase approximation with large no-core single-particle bases and realistic two-nucleon interactions.
