An intergenerational competency framework : Competencies for knowledge sustainability and start‐up development in the digital age

In this study, we looked at the competencies and changes in the competency spectrum required for global start-ups in the digital age. Specifically, we explored intergenerational collaboration as an intervention in which experienced business-people from senior adult groups support young entrepreneurs. We conducted a Delphi study with 20 experts from different disciplines, considering the study context. Performance analysis of Latvian zenith camera

Since finalizing of design in 2016, the digital zenith camera of the University of Latvia was involved in a number of test observations as well as field observations at about 70 different sites. The paper presents analysis of observation results, estimation of instrument’s performance and accuracy. Random and systematic error sources are outlined. Impact of anomalous refraction on vertical deflection determination is discussed. Results of adaptation of GAIA reference star catalog for astrometric data reduction are reported.

Aiemmat tutkimukset ovat osoittaneet vastakkainasettelun luokassa ja luokan ulkopuolella tapahtuvassa kielenkäytössä ja oppimisessa. Tässä artikkelissa tarkastelen neljää amerikkalaista suomenoppijaa ja sitä, miten he hakeutuvat aktiivisina toimijoina itsenäisiin suomen kielen käyttötilanteisiin. Virtuaalioppimisympäristöt edustavat suhteellisen uutta opetusmuotoa. Näiden ympäristöjen suunnittelussa on opetukselle asetettujen vaatimusten huomioimisen lisäksi oleellista ymmärtää yksilön tavat kokea ja ymmärtää käytössä oleva teknologia. Koettu käytettävyys on käsite, joka kuvaa tuote- tai palvelusuunnittelua siltä osin, kuinka ihmiset ymmärtävät käytettävyyttä ja käytön helppoutta.
