Risks Management Profile in Local Public Services Administration

Abstract This paper aims improving local public services practices, at least, for our national local communities’ administration. Such possibilities may arise by case study regarding delegated management of a public entity charged with central heating public service, turned in private company. Paper treats local public finance and reveals the risks of defection management and even fraud risk by periodical re-negotiating of significant contracts with related parties and internal controls deficiency. Le varietà di grano duro più vocate al biologico

Nella stagione 2015-2016 sono stati realizzati 12 campi, localizzati in 9 regioni e aggregati in tre macroareali: Sud-Isole (5 campi), versante Tirrenico dell’Italia Centrale (3 campi), versante Adriatico dell’Italia Centrale e Nord (4 campi). In tutti i campi sono state messe a confronto 22 varietà, di cui 1 (Orizzonte) al primo anno di prova, utilizzando uno schema sperimentale a blocchi randomizzati con 3 o 4 ripetizioni. Tutte le cultivar sono state fornite non conciate dalle ditte sementiere (la scheda agronomica delle prove e i principali rilievi eseguiti sono onsultabili all’indirizzo internet riportato in fondo all’articolo).

Nell’annata agraria 2018-2019 la Rete nazionale di valutazione delle varietà di frumento duro, coordinata dal CREA, ha previsto l’allestimento in Sicilia di quattro campi sperimentali, realizzati nei seguenti ambienti: Libertinia (Catania), Catania, S. Stefano Quisquina (Agrigento) e Caltagirone (Catania). Irisultati di quest’annata agraria hanno mostrato risposte produttive interessanti di diverse nuove varietà che, al primo anno di valutazione nella Rete nazionale, si affacciano sul mercato sementiero del frumento duro. Tali risultati andranno verificati nelle successive stagioni colturali.

Abstract The VIGIL system is an Automatic Incident and Congestion Detection System based on computer vision technology tor motorway applications. VIGIL is constituted by two main modules, the Local Sensor Module and the Central System module. The objective of this paper is to describe the VIGIL Central System functions, mainly the alarm filtering and management capabilities, and to present the field trial currently carried out in Madrid within the ARTIS project (Advanced RTI in Spain) supported by the Tranport Telematic Programme of the EC.

Subjective Assessment of Concert Halls: a Common Vocabulary for Music Lovers and Acousticians

In recent years we have interviewed members of the audience after musical performances and asked them to evaluate the acoustics of the concert halls. A group of music lovers (with a high level of musical training and experience) and acousticians (with a wide knowledge of the physical characteristics of sound transmission) also attended each performance and answered the same questions as the general public.
