Diplomdarbā “Pamatskola-daudzfunkcionāla izglītības un kultūras telpa mūsdienās” padziļināti analizējot pieejamo literatūru, tiek apskatīta izglītības iestāžu vēsturiskā attīstība, pētīta jēdziena izpratne par pamatskolu kā daudzfunkcionālu telpu, kā arī jaunākās atziņas par mācīšanās procesa organizāciju no interjera dizaina viedokļa. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts salīdzinošais pētījums, analizējot izglītības iestāžu interjera daudzfunkcionalitāti telpā. Pētījuma “Izglītības iestādes vadības politika diferencēta mācību procesa nodrošināšanā vispārējā pamatizglītības posmā” mērķis ir pētīt principus un organizatoriskos darbību soļus, kuru ievērošana Latvijas Republiku vispārējo pamatizglītības iestāžu vadību komandām ļauj nodrošināt mācību procesa diferenciāciju. Mācību procesa diferenciācija ir izglītojamo individuālo vajadzību ņemšana vērā, atbilstoši viņu vajadzībām (gatavība, intereses, mācību profils) pielāgojot mācību saturu, procesu, produktu jeb rezultātu, kā arī mācību vidi. Any modern state is unthinkable without an efficient taxation, without a fiscal field which is perceived as a stimulating factor in the development of the nation. Taking into account that fiscal science has always had a negative perception among taxpayers, through this article we present some aspects of management methods and management techniques that can give essential elements for improving taxation. Using management as art, science and state of mind can strengthen the role that taxation plays in the regulation of economic mechanisms.

Se plantean los orígenes, evolución y clasificación de los grupos de interés (stakeholders). Se pone de relieve la relación que se entabla entre la entidad de crédito como organización social y sus diferentes grupos de interés, analizándose la importancia que se asigna a estos. El trabajo de campo se realizó a través de una encuesta contestada por 57 entidades de crédito españolas. Los resultados del estudio muestran la sensibilidad de las entidades de crédito hacia la RSE (Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa), con referencia al conjunto del sector financiero español. Social capital and political participation

This paper analyzes the determinants of social capital, as generalized trust, from a microeconomic perspective. We review previous results at the aggregate level and test their significance in our setup. Specifically we aim at testing the role of political participation and the quality of institutions. The empirical work relies on microeconomic data from the 2008 wave of the European Social Survey, including 21 European countries and roughly 41,000 observations on a wide set of socio-economic and political variables. Una aproximación económica a las sociedades musicales

This article is a summary of the first phase of a deeper project which aim is to study the socioeconomic dimension of musical societies. To do so, after having highlighted the importance and significance of musical societies in the Valencian Community, we try to frame their complex organizational and institutional delimitation within the theory of non-profit organizations. By doing so, we are able to make explicit most of the characteristics and functions that define musical societies’ activities. Finally, from the characterization of musical societies as non-assistance multiproductive unities, we offer some descriptive notes about the productive aspects of these societies.

August Karl Heylman's thoughts on the legal science

August Heylman is one of the forgotten lawyers of the Kingdom of Poland in the 19th century. He was a practician, holding high positions in the then administration and judiciary of the Kingdom. At the same time he occupied himself with scholarly activity. He was one of the main advocates of the historical school of law in the Polish legal science in the 19th century as well as a co-creator of one of the best-known Polish scientific journals edited under the title Themis Polska.

Extending the Limits of Nature. Political Animals, Artefacts, and Social Institutions

This essay discusses how medieval authors from the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries dealt with a philosophical problem that social institutions pose for the Aristotelian dichotomy between natural and artificial entities. It is argued that marriage, political community, and language provided a particular challenge for the conception that things which are designed by human beings are artefacts. Medieval philosophers based their arguments for the naturalness of social institutions on the anthropological view that human beings are political animals by nature, but this strategy required rethinking the borderline between nature and art. Diplomdarba “Kopīgas telpas izveides nosacījumi izglītības iestādēs” mērķis ir izstrādāt interjera dizaina projektu kopīgi izmantojamajām telpām Vecbebru tehnikuma kompleksā. Analizējot pieejamo literatūru teorētiskajā daļā tiek pētīts kā ir mainījušies skolas ēku telpu plānojumi, kopīgi izmantojamo telpu veidi un apkopoti izglītības iestādes kopīgi izmantojamo telpu risinājumu nosacījumi. Empīriskajā daļā tiek pētītas un analizētas dažādas izglītības iestādes un to kopīgi izmantojamo telpu interjera risinājumu veidi.
