Valodas mācīšanās paņēmieni sākumskolas skolēniem ar dažādiem mācīšanās traucējumiem angļu valodas mācīšanās veicināšanai

Diplomdarba pētījums tika veikts, lai labāk izprastu iekļaujošās izglītības idejas praktisko pielietojumu situācijās, kad angļu valodas skolotājam jāstrādā arī ar skolēniem, kuriem ir mācīšanās traucējumu pazīmes. Diplomdarba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādi valodas mācīšanās paņēmieni var palīdzēt sākumskolas skolēniem ar dažādiem mācīšanās traucējumiem angļu valodas mācīšanās veicināšanai. Par pētījuma metodi tika izvēlēts gadījuma pētījums. Epilepsy is a common brain disorder that causes patients to face multiple seizures in a single day. Around 65 million people are affected by epilepsy worldwide. Patients with focal epilepsy can be treated with surgery, whereas generalized epileptic seizures can be managed with medications. It has been noted that in more than 30% of cases, these medications fail to control epileptic seizures, resulting in accidents and limiting the patient’s life. Discrimination of serial auditory patterns in rats : roles of configural and elemental associations

In order to test whether rats could discriminate between tone sequences, food deprived rats were given appetitive discrimination conditioning with repeated ascending or descending series of musical notes serving as conditioned stimuli (CSs). The other type of tone sequence was reinforced as the other was followed by nothing. In Experiment 1, each series of 8 tones formed a 2 s cycle. The cycle was repeated six times so that the duration of the whole sequence was 12 s. In Experiment 2, the CSs were similar to those in Experiment 1 except that they started with a random note. Behavioral data are notable for presenting challenges to their statistical analysis, often due to the difficulties in measuring behavior on a quantitative scale. Instead, a range of qualitative alternative responses is recorded. These can often be understood as the outcome of a sequence of binary decisions. This paper analyzes the medicalization process of suicide in Spain during the 19th century. It describes the transition of suicide seen as an act of free will to a model, developed by mental doctors, which considered it a pathological behavior. Against this model, other conservative positions from the fields of Law and Medicine continued to defend the traditional view.
