Tā kā dāvinājuma līguma pamatā ir bezatlīdzības darījums, praksē ir sastopami gadījumi, kad dāvinājuma līgums tiek izmantots ar mērķi parādniekam izvairīties no atbildības pret kreditoru par savām saistībām. Il saggio, a partire dal progetto della torre Eurosky dello Studio Purini/Thermes, individua le relazioni urbane e indaga le qualità tipo-morfologiche dell'edificio realizzato come elemento di forte identità in un più ampio contesto che – messo a punto in un masterplan – definisce l’intera area di progetto dell’Europarco Castellaccio di Roma. Il progetto è una struttura metodologicamente fondata su scelte e considerazioni di carattere relazionale, geometrico e funzionale, che evidenziano punti di forza, di debolezza e di tolleranza capaci di modificare, anche nell’ambito coerente di riferimento di un possibile scenario di riconversione, l’intera area a ridosso dell’EUR.

Visual distraction by secondary in-car tasks is a major contributing factor in traffic incidents. In-car user interface design may mitigate these negative effects but to accomplish this, design factors’ visual distraction potential should be better understood. The effects of touch screen size, user interface design, and subtask boundaries on in-car task's visual demand and visual distraction potential were studied in two driving simulator experiments with 48 participants.
