International mobility by French higher education graduates on entering the labour market: is it worth it once they return home?The construction of European graduate labour market, through increased international graduate mobility, cannot take place without it appearing beneficial forgraduates. Indeed, all types of mobility have a cost, even if the latter is not always financial (leaving family, adapting to a new environment, etc.). This article analyses problem framings in public debates on family migration in Finland. The study focuses on the less-examined category of age and how it intersects with gender, race and religion. We examine the discursive context within which parliamentarians and the media negotiate questions of migration policies, belonging and citizenship. Our analysis identifies problem framings by combining frame analysis with the ‘What is the problem represented to be?’ approach, which understands policies as problematizations. Collaborative role of various fibronectin-binding integrins (alpha5beta1, alphavbeta1 and alphavbeta6) as mediators of cell adhesion and migration on fibronectin was studied using cultured HaCaT keratinocytes. This cell line spontaneously expressed all three fibronectin-binding integrins. In addition, the expression of alphavbeta6 integrin was strongly and specifically upregulated by transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGFbeta1) whereas the amount of other integrins remained practically unchanged on the cell surface. In the present study, the fabrication of a biomimetic wound dressing that mimics the extracellular matrix, consisting of a hydrogel matrix composed of non-oxidized and periodate-oxidized marine alginate, was prepared to which gelatin was bound via Schiff base formation. Into this alginate/oxidized-alginate-gelatin hydrogel, polyP was stably but reversibly integrated by ionic cross-linking with Zn2+ ions.
