How Big Data Informs Us About the Population Health Status : endophthalmitis after ophthalmologic procedures

The use of Big Data, in the form of almost exhaustive French medico-administrative databases, has made it possible to address several issues without which this would not have been possible. First, to define the incidence of endophthalmitis after ophthalmologic procedures without bias on specific recruitment modalities of respondents (tertiary centers, questionnaires ...). Thus, local observations of a change in prevalence trends of causative procedures were confirmed at the national level. This paper investigates the right of movement and residence of persons in the European Community and the prohibition of discrimination based on nationality, also in the framework of the relations between community law and sports law. In this perspective, after preliminary analysis of the european and domestic rules referred to the above mentioned right of movement, attention will be held to the important topic of Welfare tourism. The investigation proceeds with the examination of the “Sporting Exception” which allows that european rules on right of movement and prohibition of discrimination based on nationality yeld before the international and State’s sport technical rules.

Nell’annata agraria 2018-19, per il 17° anno consecutivo, sono state effettuate prove collegiali di confronto tra varietà di frumento duro in coltura biologica, in collaborazione con diverse Istituzioni. Le prove sono state realizzate in 7 località, dislocate in 6 regioni del Centro-Sud (Sicilia, Sardegna, Puglia, Toscana e Marche), utilizzando uno schema sperimentale a blocchi randomizzati con 3 o 4 ripetizioni. The inauguration of the Nice Museum of Modem and Conteporary Art in 1990, Philippe Poirrier. On 8 April 1990, the Franco-American sculptor Annan refused to inaugurate the retrospective of his work at the new Modem and Contemporary Art Museum of Nice in company of Jacques Médecin, mayor of Nice. The reason was the mayor's complecency vis-à-vis the National Front's theses. The incident originated a local and then a national affair that in which the artists, the elected officials of the Côte d'Azur and the minister of Culture, Jack Lang, were involved. The debate clearly illustrates some of the political stakes involved in cultural policies in France.

Evolution et structure des compétences des élèves à l'école élémentaire et au collège : une analyse empirique des évaluations nationales

Le rapport est structuré en plusieurs parties. Le premire chapitre propose l'analyse détaillée des résultats des élèves aux évaluations de CE2. Le second chapitre traite de deux points : l'identification de compétences sur une base empirique (analyse en variables latentes) et l'analyse des relations entre ces compétences. Le troisième chapitre s'intéresse à la mesure de l'évolution des compétences au cours du cycle III et propose également une mise en relation entre les compétences scolaires et les capacités cognitives des élèves. Le quatrième chapitre se centre sur l'analyse des résultats des élèves aux évaluations de fin de 5ème.
