This study contemplates the factors that influence consumer intention, before and during the eruption of COVID-19, for the selection of healthy packaged food in Pakistan. The extant studies have identified two distinct attitudes of consumers about food label information: one is its usefulness and the second elucidates the avoidance. Separation of uncorrelated stationary time series using autocovariance matrices

Blind source separation (BSS) is a signal processing tool, which is widely used in various fields. Examples include biomedical signal separation, brain imaging and economic time series applications. In BSS, one assumes that the observed $p$ time series are linear combinations of $p$ latent uncorrelated weakly stationary time series. The aim is then to find an estimate for an unmixing matrix, which transforms the observed time series back to uncorrelated latent time series. Resumen: Antes de emprender el análisis lógico de las normas jurídicas constitucionales, o de las normas en general, es preciso intentar resolver una cuestión previa que afecta a la posibilidad de existencia de una lógica de las normas: el dilema de Jørgensen. Nuestra propuesta de solución de este dilema es la siguiente: las normas son expresiones performativas. Al mismo tiempo, las expresiones performativas son enunciados que tienen valor de verdad. Además, las normas jurídicas son enunciados del tipo “A dice p”, lo que explica que puedan existir normas verdaderas y, al mismo tiempo, contradictorias entre sí.

The Spanish legal system provides specific protection for victims of gender violence, the paper addresses the legal situation of minors who are dependent on women victims of this type of violence. It analyses their procedural situation and, in particular, the criminal remedies for their protection. In a particular way, the aggravating circumstance of committing the act in their presence and the penalties that affect parental authority are examined.

Mitjançant aquest estudi es va buscar esbrinar els components de compromís organitzacional predominant en funcionaris d'una institució d'educació universitària xilena i la percepció que aquests mateixos treballadors tenen sobre l'exercici de la responsabilitat social de l'organització, per establir finalment una relació entre ambdues. Se hace referencia a la legislación autonómica relativa al fenómeno del botellón , en la que se prohíbe el consumo de alcohol en la vía pública, y se cita alguna de la jurisprudencia derivada de dicha problemática. También se analiza uno de los aspectos más controvertidos en los temas relacionados con el consumo de alcohol en la vía pública: el relativo a la potestad normativa de las entidades locales, que parece pueden dictar normativa al respecto, pero en sentido restrictivo, respetando la normativa emanada de la legislación autonómica.
